ARRIVAL
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your health history form. Arriving on time is important to ensure we are able to provide a complete spa experience. In cases where you are 15 minutes or more late, we will call to reschedule your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Walk-ins are welcome upon availability.
After booking a service, please check your email to fill out any health history form that may be required for your service. If you consistently no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a credit card for booking. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows will be charged in full. Bridal and Spa parties require a card on file and 50% deposit at booking. Complementary confirmation texts, e-mails, and calls are made for all appointments one day prior to the reserved date.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for all Serenity services and products, and can be purchased online or in-store. Gift Certificates have a 2 year expiration and cannot be used for services by Royce Ann Franks or Malory Watson.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
We guarantee our products and services 100%. If you are unhappy with your product, bring it back within 10 days and we will find one that better suits your needs. Refunds are given for exchange or
in-store credit only.
Items under warranty can be returned within warranty time frame and under the specifications of the company. (i.e. hot tools)
