Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the policies and expectations for services at Serenity Day Spa & Salon. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Effective Date: January 28, 2026

Appointments & Arrival

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure the best experience and to avoid impacting other guests.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We value our service providers’ time and ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • Clients who consistently no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice may be required to keep a credit card on file to book future appointments.

Bridal Parties & Spa Parties

  • Bridal and spa parties require a credit card on file.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all bridal and spa parties.

Appointment Confirmations

  • Courtesy confirmation texts, emails, and/or phone calls are sent one day prior to scheduled appointments.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping their appointment even if a confirmation is not received.

​

Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates may be purchased online or in-store.

  • Gift certificates expire after two (2) years from the purchase date.

  • Gift certificates cannot be used for services provided by Royce Ann Franks or Malory Watson.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Products, Returns & Satisfaction

  • If you are unhappy with a product purchase, you may return it within 10 days for an exchange or in-store credit only.

  • Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided for product returns.

  • Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty may be returned according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for informing their service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.

  • Serenity Day Spa & Salon is not responsible for adverse outcomes when relevant information is not disclosed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a service may be unsafe or inappropriate.

Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests and staff.

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service.

  • Serenity Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct.

Website Use

  • All content on this website (text, images, branding, logos) is the property of Serenity Day Spa & Salon and may not be copied without permission.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues that may prevent access to the website or online booking system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
