These Terms & Conditions explain the policies and expectations for services at Serenity Day Spa & Salon. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Arrival

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
-
Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms.
-
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure the best experience and to avoid impacting other guests.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We value our service providers’ time and ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
-
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
-
Clients who consistently no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice may be required to keep a credit card on file to book future appointments.

Bridal Parties & Spa Parties

Bridal and spa parties require a credit card on file.
-
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all bridal and spa parties.

Appointment Confirmations

Courtesy confirmation texts, emails, and/or phone calls are sent one day prior to scheduled appointments.

Clients are responsible for keeping their appointment even if a confirmation is not received.

Payments & Pricing

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates
-
Gift certificates may be purchased online or in-store.
-
Gift certificates expire after two (2) years from the purchase date.
-
Gift certificates cannot be used for services provided by Royce Ann Franks or Malory Watson.
-
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Products, Returns & Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with a product purchase, you may return it within 10 days for an exchange or in-store credit only.

Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided for product returns.

Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty may be returned according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing their service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.

Serenity Day Spa & Salon is not responsible for adverse outcomes when relevant information is not disclosed.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a service may be unsafe or inappropriate.

Conduct
We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests and staff.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service.

Serenity Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct.

Website Use

All content on this website (text, images, branding, logos) is the property of Serenity Day Spa & Salon and may not be copied without permission.

We are not responsible for technical issues that may prevent access to the website or online booking system.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
